If you want delicious, organic, small batch made ice cream from good people, and you find yourself in Eugene, OR, Viva! Vegetarian Grill has got your back. It’s cashew based, and vegan, and the best ice cream I’ve ever had. They switch their flavors up fairly frequently. So far I’ve had: Chocolate, chocolate chipotle, licorice, blueberry, pumpkin, hazelnut, orange, and the two flavors we tried today (mocha and apple spice), and I’ve only been in town for 6 months. I am looking forward to the future ice creams I will enjoy, and especially the summer.
